In life, there are times when we talk about running away or not running away

I believe that the escape necessary for survival is not escape, but the instinct to live

I think it is dishonest to talk about the weak dimension there

How would you, unarmed and unarmed, fight if a soldier with a gun pointed a muzzle at you?

The same is true for those who are depressed, mentally ill, or physically ill.

They will seek help from someone…they will withdraw…they will seek help and advice from a medical professional or someone close to them or someone in a similar situation

If you see a crying infant, would you overlook it?

People are born to live with the help of someone or something.

Mental illness is different from weakness

When you hear the word “stress,” you may associate it with something unpleasant or painful. In fact, however, both happy and pleasant things can cause stress.
In order to live each day comfortably, let’s first understand stress correctly

To begin with, stress is a state of tension that arises when one is subjected to external stimuli. External stimuli include environmental factors such as weather and noise, physical factors such as illness and lack of sleep, psychological factors such as anxiety and worries, and social factors such as poor relationships and busy work. In other words, the many changes that occur in our daily lives can cause stress. For example, even joyful events such as going to school, getting a job, getting married, or having a baby are actually causes of stress because they are changes and stimuli

To deal with stress effectively, it is important to first adjust your daily lifestyle. Eating a well-balanced diet, getting a good night’s sleep, and maintaining a moderate exercise routine are the foundations of good mental health.
It is also important to take time to relax in your daily life when stress builds up. Try doing things that you can easily do, such as slow belly breathing, gazing out the window, taking a relaxing bath, lightly stretching your body, or listening to your favorite music.
However, be careful not to drink alcohol to drown out the pain, as it may decrease the quality of your sleep and make you mentally unstable

Mental illness can strike anyone. Many of them can also be treated and recovered from

In most cases, patients with mental illnesses recover with treatment and are able to lead stable lives in society. Recently, there are drugs that are more effective and have fewer side effects, making recovery easier than ever before.
If you suffer from a mental illness, it is most important to receive treatment just as you would for any physical illness. However, if you try to heal yourself too quickly and push yourself too hard, your recovery may be delayed. The shortcut to recovery is to take the time to heal the disease without rushing

Wanting to live is important

The desire to live is stronger than anything else.

Even if you can’t find the people you love, a place to stay, or a dream… if you live, you can find your place

Instead of being jealous, envious, or caught up in the past.
Live with the life you have now.

If the treatment does not suit you, you need to have it checked out at a different hospital.

The important thing is compatibility…it cannot be measured by word of mouth alone.

Even if others are more compatible with you, it is also important to be compatible with yourself

Find a compatible place to live.
The window for this is open.

You cannot learn from the denial that you are different.

As a depressed person, I also begin each day with an observation of myself and my depression, checking myself to see how I am doing.

If I am in pain, I write it down on a piece of paper. And then…why? Not… what should I do? and spell it out.

I sometimes feel depressed to go outside too.

When that happens, I think about how I can flap my wings without being in a hurry

People are learning creatures. When we learn math, we say, “No!” Do you think that

To get the answer, you can’t solve a problem from negation.

Wrong equation, wrong answer…

But everyone lives differently and thinks differently… It may be tough, but I have to live my life learning something every day.

Pessimism is fine, but please don’t stop learning something.

It is our instinct to want to live. It’s okay to be selfish for that purpose.

Just don’t get others involved or sacrifice your own life

It’s okay to take your time

It’s okay to take your time.
Everyone’s stride is different.

Don’t grow taller than your own stride, but walk slowly

It is easy for people with depression or other illnesses to fall into self-loathing…but it is no one’s fault but yours.

It would be nice to feel better by taking a look at yourself… but if that makes you feel worse, remember the good times.

And even though the future is uncertain, wait for encounters and a place for you to come to you.

It’s okay to take your time

And take care of your own time.
Life is not a competition.

It’s okay to take time for each of us.

If you need to cry, cry.

You may cry until your tears dry up.

After the tears, you will feel as clear as a rainbow.

You don’t have to hold back your tears

Water your dry heart.
And let your heart bloom.
Each flower is different, isn’t it

It may seem like a long night, but there is no day that does not dawn

Your night is also the moment when you meet someone and see where they are.

Small joys can be considered great joys
